Pain Programs: Overview

Arcion is developing a pipeline of product candidates to treat neuropathic pain, a complex and debilitating chronic pain state. ARC-4558: Topical Treament for PDN

Arcion's lead clinical program, ARC-4558, is a 0.1% gel formulation of clonidine hycrochloride for topical administration. ARC-4558 has successfully completeld a Phase 2b clinical trial for the treatment of painful diabetic neuropathy (PDN) and is ready to commence Phase 3 studies.

ARC-2022: Topical Treament for PHN

Arcion's second product, ARC-2022 a topical gel for the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia (PHN) has successfully completed the first Phase 1/2 clinical trial in PHN patients and is moving into repeat dose efficacy studies..
