Bruce C. Stouch, Ph.D.

Vice President, Biometrics

Bruce C. Stouch, Ph.D., has over 15 years of biostatistical experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices and in vitro diagnostics. For twelve years, Dr. Stouch held the position of Director of Biostatistics and Scientific Data Management at Johnson & Johnson, where he was responsible for strategic development and implementation of pharmacoeconomic models for existing and emerging technologies in several therapeutic areas. Dr. Stouch has been involved in over two dozen publications and acknowledgements. Dr. Stouch holds several academic appointments, including: Director, Biostatistics and Clinical Epidemiology at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM); Director, Biometrics Coordinating Center for the NIH/NICHD in support of BPCA (Best Pharmaceutical for Children's Act); Statistical Consultant, NIDA/DSI for random selection modeling; and Statistical Advisor to CREDA for REACTMED and United States Chemical Weapons Defense.

Dr. Stouch received his B.A. from Lafayette College. He received his Ph.D. in Biostatistics and Epidemiology through a cooperative program sponsored by Johnson & Johnson, with post-graduate studies at Temple University, Jefferson Medical College, and Harvard School of Public Health.
